new here and nervous

hi i am new here, and no idea where and how to start,

i suffer from ptsd, major depression, anxiety, social anxiety, grief, pain 24/7, bpd, tenonitis, ibs, arthitis,

i plus have a 15year old son, who has asd, selective mutism , severe anxiety, delay fine and gross motor skills, delay social and emotional development, phonological and auditory memory strengths and weakness in processing speed plus visual discrimination .
