We spend so much of our lives striving, achieving, and optimizing. We treat every hobby like a project and every hour like an investment. But where is the space for doing things just because they feel good? Where is the room for being silly, messy, and unproductive?
This week, we gather to reclaim the art of play. We will talk about the guilt that often accompanies "wasting time," the joy of creating without an audience, and the radical act of doing something simply because it brings a smile to our faces. Let’s leave the checklists at the door and explore what it feels like to move, create, and laugh without a goal other than joy itself.
Whether you consider yourself "creative" or you haven’t played in years, your playful spirit is welcome here.
