Topic: Reclaiming Joy: Finding Light After Darkness
After our deep and powerful conversations about trauma, sexism, and healthcare, we are turning our focus to light. Joy is not about ignoring the pain; it is about finding moments of peace and pleasure alongside it. It is about remembering who we are beyond our struggles and giving ourselves permission to feel good again.
🌱This is a gentle space to explore what joy looks like for you, how to navigate the guilt that sometimes comes with it, and how to practice small, daily moments of happiness.🌱
We know this topic might feel unfamiliar or even difficult if you are still in a place of heaviness. That is okay. There is no pressure to "be happy" here. We are simply exploring the possibility of light, together, at your own pace.
