Topic: How Sexism and Patriarchy Affect Women in the Workplace
Following last session's powerful conversation about sexism and mental health, we're diving deeper into how these dynamics specifically show up in our professional lives.
From being talked over in meetings to navigating motherhood and career, from wage gaps to sexual harassment, from imposter syndrome to leadership challenges, sexism shows up in these and other ways at work. This is a conversation about naming those experiences, supporting one another, and envisioning what true workplace equity could look like.
We know this topic may feel personal or triggering for some. Please know this is a space held with deep care, compassion, and respect for your journey, wherever you are in it.
