Topic: The Inner Critic vs. The Inner Advocate
We all have a voice inside our heads. For many of us, it's a harsh judge that points out every flaw, predicts every failure, and tells us we aren't enough. But there is another voice waiting to be heard: the one that offers compassion, truth, and fierce protection.
🌱This week, we explore the battle between these two voices. We'll look at where the critic comes from, how it holds us back, and most importantly, how to cultivate our Inner Advocate to stand up for our worth.
Whether you're struggling with self-doubt, perfectionism, or the echo of past criticism, this is a space to practice speaking kindly to yourself.🌱
