Our weekly Women's Circle is happening Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at 10 am EDT in the Support Session Room for adults on 7 Cups.

Topic: Invisible Wounds: Navigating Chronic Illness, Pain, and Identity

For many women, chronic illness is a silent, isolating journey. The pain is real, but it's often invisible to others. You may have been told you "look too good to be sick," been dismissed by doctors, or felt like your identity has been swallowed by your diagnosis.

This week, we are creating a sacred space to honor the reality of living with chronic illness. We will explore the grief of lost abilities, the frustration of medical gaslighting, the challenge of redefining identity, and the profound strength found in navigating the "invisible" struggle.

Whether you live with autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, EDS, or any other invisible condition, you are welcome here. No explanation or "proof" of your pain is needed. Your experience is valid.
