Following our powerful discussion on anger, we are turning our focus to liberation. Forgiveness is often misunderstood as "letting someone off the hook" or "forgetting what happened." But true forgiveness is about freeing yourself from the heavy burden of resentment. It is about reclaiming your peace, not for the sake of the person who hurt you, but for the sake of you.

This week, we will explore the difference between forgiveness and condoning, the challenges of self-forgiveness, and how to release the past without erasing the lessons. We will also discuss how to maintain boundaries while letting go of the weight.

We know this topic can bring up complex emotions. Please know this is a space held with deep care, compassion, and respect for your journey. There is no pressure to "be ready" to forgive; we are simply exploring what it might look like.
