Women are often expected to be caregivers; to children, partners, parents, and others. This unpaid labor takes a profound toll on our mental and physical health, our time, our social lives, and our sense of self. But the burden shouldn't fall on us alone.
This week, we explore Women and Caregiving; the invisible labor, the "always available" expectation, and the ways caregiving shapes our identity. We'll talk about the guilt of taking time for yourself, the financial and social costs, and how to set boundaries that honor your needs while still caring for others.
Whether you're currently caregiving or looking back at a caregiving role that shaped you, this is your space to share, reflect, and heal.
