Our weekly Women's Circle is happening Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 at 10 am EDT in the Support Session Room for adults on 7 Cups.

Topic: Breaking the Silence: Understanding and Healing from Domestic Violence

Domestic violence is a widespread issue that affects millions of women, yet it often remains hidden in the shadows. It is not just about physical harm; it encompasses a complex web of emotional, psychological, and financial control that can be incredibly difficult to escape.

This week, we gather to break the silence. We will explore the signs of abuse, the dynamics of power and control, and the profound barriers survivors face. Most importantly, we will discuss safety planning, the path to healing, and how we can build a community of support that replaces shame with compassion.

Whether you are a survivor, a supporter, or someone seeking to understand, your voice matters. This is a space to speak truth, to learn, and to honor the courage it takes to survive and thrive.
