i've been having severe allergic reactions for the past 3 days now and it's starting to really affect how i look at myself.

i'm having unbearable itchy red rashes all over my body and it's honestly really disturbing to look at.

my prescriptions don't really help. my symptoms would fade for only like 3 hours before it starts to flare up again. i cant sleep. wearing clothes worsens the spread.

i just hope this will be over soon. i've been neglecting my health a lot due to depression and i guess this is the price i have to pay.

@ipoopcats

🥺

💜💕

Im sorry you are going through this.

Camoline lotion works on itch for me, could you talk to a pharmacist about a cream or lotion to prevent the itch, to allow you some rest, and so it doesn't spread or get worse.

It can be hard for sure when we are depressed, we often don't realise how we have neglected ourselves 💜💕

Sending you my best wishes 💜

@ipoopcatsI'm really sorry to hear you're going through this. Severe allergic reactions and constant discomfort can be really overwhelming, especially when they affect how you feel about yourself. Since your current prescriptions aren't providing enough relief, it’s important to reach out to a healthcare professional as soon as possible—maybe an urgent care or dermatologist—for a reassessment. They might need to adjust your treatment to better control the symptoms. In the meantime, try to wear loose, soft, breathable fabrics like cotton to minimize irritation, and keep your skin moisturized with gentle, fragrance-free products. Remember, your health and comfort matter, and getting the right help can make a big difference.
