Our weekly Women's Circle session is happening Saturday November 1st at 10 am Eastern Daylight Time in the Support Session Room for adults on 7 Cups.


Topic: Self Care and Compassion 


🌷This session is a safe, gentle and supportive space for women to come together, share experiences, and connect on the subject of Self Care and Compassion.🌷


🌱Whether you'd like to contribute your voice or simply listen in, all women are welcome. Come as you are. We'd love to have you with us! 🌱

@ShadowFaerie why no women's issues specific topic like sexism, how career oriented women are hated n how it effects our mental health etc?

Hi Cat, thanks for your interest in the Women's Circle discussion group. We've had discussions on sexism, how sexism and patriarchy affect women's mental and physical health, imbalance in the workplace and many other topics in the past year. 

Those topics will be discussed again in future groups. I hope you'll be able to join us! 

Feel free to suggest other topics you'd like to see discussed.
