Women without kids

Many of us experience a lot of pressure from others who don't spare their views on what we should do with our bodies and what they think should be the purpose of our lives. If you are someone without kids/undecided/struggling with shielding yourself from all of the opinions out there - you're not alone. While this is a very personal question, feeling support from other women can sometimes be crucial. What has your experience been and how do you stay true to yourself despite all of the "you should!" getting thrown at you?

What a great discussion!

As someone who has no kids, I get all the sympathy looks, all the she's left on the shelf looks, all the , are you lonely looks? People make you feel inadequate, lacking, inferior, that you were put on this earth to have children. They ask personal questions that is quite frankly none of their business. They didn't know the reasons and nor do they require to.

I went through some things that meant I would not be having children, I made peace with that. I'm not unhappy, or lacking, or jealous. I'm not lonely. I have healthy, fun, and happy adult relationships. I am content and I wish more people would realise, there are many different versions of how people see fit to live their life's and I don't abide people who don't even know me, opinions 💜💕
