Tw: Healing Journey, Discussion, General Questions and Societal Problems 

Good Morning (Afternoon or evening, perhaps early dawn for some of you) My name is InsightfulPhoenix, and I wanted to discuss this intertwined thought that I have wanted to bring up for awhile, but needed time to think on it. This discussion is called Glassdoor Responses. 

When you think of the term " Glassdoor Responses" what are some of the first things that come to your mind? What if I told you that each of your thoughts are valid on this, and deserves to be recognized, because Glassdoor holds a different form of validation for each of us. 

In this instance Glassdoor Responses is a societal problem when it comes to how men address a woman's attire, profession or even living arrangements. Of course, not all men have this problem but sadly majority do. Glassdoor Response is when a man takes time out of his day or time to make an unnecessary remark built of trauma, low self-esteem or hidden insecurities. Now, this can not be googled, because I made up the name for it myself but I put a name to what they are doing to better express it. 

Men who do this usually are those that lack their own form of decency, dignity, and mask behind the "machismo" grandeur. This has become a big problem, and I will give you some scenarios to also help put Glassdoor responses into action, and perhaps it may identify some of the situations that you also have been through yourself <3. Let's get started shall we? 

Scenario 1: Mandy was walking by the bleachers, and Andy gawked at her noticing that she was in a simple tank top. However, Andy was suffering through internal issues, and decided to project his insecurities on to Mandy. Mandy then told him to "stop projecting his lack of self worth on to her", was she correct in doing so? 

Scenario 2: Leila and Marie were at a party, two boys from school came and introduced themselves. However, Leila wore simple clothing and Marie wore a party outfit, the two boys ignored Leila and gave all attention to Marie. Which then caused Marie to get irritated, and call them out for " Assuming that she was free to them." Was she correct in in doing so?

Ask yourself what is the similarities, and what is the difference between each. 

Glassdoor Responses are usually easy to spot, because the man in question waste no time projecting. I hope this discussion helped in some way or form. Now for the questions <3
