Honestly. I do not fit in anywhere. I feel like I don't belong anywhere. It's like I'm not from here and I just landed in a foreign place. My whole life has felt like this. I'm 60 by the way and welcome to my chaos...

I've been married for 35 years. My husband doesn't understand mental health but he does try. He's better now than he was but he doesn't understand how I am unable to compartmentalize. I'm unable to understand how he can!
My daughter does not want a relationship with me because I was a *** mom and she won't accept that people change. Medication helps. A lot!
There's so much more but I won't bore you with a long post.
