Monday Check-in 💎
Happy Monday, sisters <3
As we step into a brand new week, I wanted to create a little space for us to pause and breathe together before things get too busy. Checking in with ourselves and each other is such a beautiful way to start the week with intention.
Let's do a quick check-in. Feel free to answer as many or as few of these as you like:
What is one emoji to describe how you are feeling about the week ahead?
What is one gentle thing you are prioritising for yourself this week?
What is a worry you want to try to leave behind over the weekend?

There is absolutely no pressure to be perfectly put together here. Whether your emoji is a bright sun or a hiding monkey, you are so welcome in this space. I will be around the forum today to read your reflections and hold space for you.
You rock, keep rocking!
Yours warmly, snow <3

Thanks so much for participating in the check-in <3
Hello there, and thank you so much for taking the time to check in today. <3
I see that 🫤 emoji, and it is completely okay if you are feeling a bit unsure or hesitant about the week ahead. Mondays can carry a lot of weight, and you do not have to have it all figured out right now.
Choosing to prioritise believing in yourself is such a beautiful and powerful intention. It is not always an easy thing to do, especially when things feel overwhelming, but you absolutely deserve to back yourself and trust in your own capabilities.
Leaving overthinking behind is a wonderful goal as well. Our minds can be so exhausting when they get stuck in those constant loops. Please be very gentle with yourself as you practise letting go of those swirling thoughts this week.
You rock Keep rocking

It's a stressful week ahead so I'm going to try and not over exert myself. I'm mostly organised but still I feel guilty for not doing more, even though I'm exhausted already.
I just want to do one last thing and leave the stress behind me.

Hello there,
Thank you so much for checking in today. <3
It makes complete sense that you are feeling exhausted already. When you are staring down a stressful week, your body and mind can often feel the weight of it before it even really begins.
That guilt you are feeling for "not doing more" is such a common trap, but please remember that resting and protecting your energy is just as important as ticking things off a to do list. You mentioned you are mostly organised, so you have absolutely earned the right to pace yourself and not overexert yourself.
I love your plan to just tackle that one last thing and then firmly leave the stress behind. Give yourself full permission to let go and actually rest once that is done. Please be very gentle with yourself this week.
You rock Keep rocking
Yours warmly, Snow <3
@DustOfSnow Thanks very much Snow, that's nice to hear :)
@ScrabbleBrain
Sending you all the love and warmth you need to tide you through the week, and a little extra just for good measure <3
@DustOfSnow Appreciate you and I hope your week gives you a lift :) I didn't do what I should have and went a bit nuts with the walking but wearing a pretty outfit, takes the horridness away :)

This emoji feels right for me because I am focusing on growth rather than perfection this week.
One gentle thing I am prioritizing for myself is giving myself permission to move at a sustainable pace. Sometimes I can become too focused on future goals, so I want to make space for rest, learning, and appreciating small moments along the way.
One worry I would like to leave behind is the feeling that I need to have everything figured out immediately. Life is a process, and I am learning to trust that growth can happen one step at a time.
Wishing everyone a peaceful and meaningful week ahead.
