Now that the trigger warning has been set, Good morning everyone it's InsightfulPhoenix/Phoe with another deeply integrated discussion🤗! This morning I would like to talk about Woman in the Mirror with you all🥰. I would to begin with the first thing about this discussion being about Reflection and achievements through out the history for women, giving us a celebratory pat on the back at how far we have come! Women from the very beginning were seen as unequal to the society during those times, because they did not hold value within us. They constantly ridiculed us for how we stood firm and those women before us that marched for our rights all those years ago. It created such a beautiful domino effect of achievements.

For example like Rosa Parks, refusing to give up her seat because as a woman and individual that was sitting there should not have too, just because a man wanted the seat instead. Of course, each time period has had it trials and tribulations, but us women have created such a beautiful community for ourselves, from talk shows opening up about what people have done towards , writing self help books for those still feeling trapped, music for those to listen to and so much more. So many beautiful achievements that have been set in motion, by fellow women.

I love being able to see all of the beautiful achievements that us women have accomplished, whether it is speaking up about how we feel on the inside, what others' have done to us that made us crumble, losing the label of "Victim" and replacing it with such an empowering word like " Survivor". It truly is a beautiful site to see, now it's not always so beautiful because the healing/ recovery process takes some time.

There is always a moment in each our days where we look at the mirror and question the woman inside it with so many questions, from " why did you tolerate those things for so long?" to " why did you have to have such a big nurturing heart?" these questions are normal, and so is questioning the logic of others' thinking and actions. Just remember that you are far from the problem, if you have to question if you are then you are not, if you worry about what anyone one would be thinking , why the person did what they did you are far from the problem and finally if you seek help from an external source, then you are absolutely not the problem. Others' just wanted to make us feel like the problem.

Questions:

1. When was the last time you smiled at your reflection?

2. Do you feel that you were the problem in those moments in the healing/recover stages? Why or why not?

3. How do you feel after reading this?
