Perimenopause at 50+

I do! Basically I have one day that’s heavy day now and sometimes after I consider myself done there is light spitting for few days afterward. I notice moodiness too

Yes, 53 almost 54 and still have period

I'm on day 222 without a period. The hot flashes and night sweats are no joke. It was snowing two nights ago. I had the window open and was still hot! I just started taking something for them. I'm really hoping it doesn't start things back up.

I am 54 and just had a gusher. I will sometimes miss a few months and think maybe finally I am done and then I’m not! Ugh I want to be done with this

I'm 51 and still have them, really heavy and erratic cycle. I'm hoping they will be stopping soon but who knows, in the meantime I will have to put up with the sleepless nights and anxiety
