A diagnosis can be upsetting and a person can go through all the items they may or may not do later in life ...it is easy to do think about all the what ifs.... but then i would suggest you live life without concentrating on your diagnosis.

I have seen people who fall into this or that is destined and so why bother....they trade their here and now because they fear what might be.

@jrr123 PCOS runs in my family. It can show in many ways. I have 3 kids and so did my mom. My aunt even had 4 kids. My sister experienced cysts and extra facial hair can suck. No matter how your PCOS shows for you, you can get through an work with it for the life you want. Stay positive and know you're not alone.

Hugs!

@jrr123 I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this, and it's completely understandable to feel a range of emotions. Discovering and processing a diagnosis can be overwhelming, especially when it impacts such personal aspects of life. It's important to acknowledge and allow yourself to feel those emotions. Remember, you're not alone, and there are supportive communities and resources available. While the road may have some challenges, there are also many ways to navigate and manage PCOS. If you ever want to share more or simply need someone to listen, we are here for you. Take care 💖

I have pcod too. I am 16. Don't worry you are still quite young. If you still have pcod after you are 19 that's when things get serious. Pcos is a lifestyle disease. If you are a little fat, losing weight will help. I don't know much about it too. I am just passing on what the doctor told me. Hope you get free of it soon! Fighting!!
