Getting Unstuck Guide
Do you ever feel as though you’re stuck in a mental loop where you circle back to the same issue again and again? We all struggle with mental loops in one way or another. Indeed, even if you’ve figured out a major problem, you’ll likely cycle through it again in a spiraling up process. As you move up the spiral, the issues look different when you see them again, but it is only because you are further up the spiral. The core issue is still the same.
With the help of this Getting Unstuck Guide, you will be on a path toward breaking free from those core issues in order to more fully live your life. You will learn the importance ofcommitting to your values and becoming accepting of your problems (as opposed to trying to control or avoid them). There are 3 lessons within this guide that have been adapted from Hayes (2005) and Luoma, Hayes, and Walser (2007).
