If this is often your experience, this guide is designed to help you cope with your feelings of loneliness and learn how to have relationships that are strong, satisfying, and stable. There are 4 lessons within this guide that have been adapted from Narang (2014).

When to Seek Professional Help on How to Deal with Loneliness

If you continue to have feelings of loneliness and feel helpless or hopeless, it is important to seek professional help. We can assist you in locating a therapist that is geographically close to you.

Talk to an expert therapist
