Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry, located in Big Lake, AK, is dedicated to supporting food and beverage service employees who are navigating financial challenges due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to provide crucial financial assistance covering essential expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, therapy, and childcare costs. We understand the urgent needs of families during difficult times and strive to alleviate some of the burdens by offering support for necessities like diapers and formula, as well as travel and food costs associated with hospital visits. Former grant recipients can reapply after a full year, ensuring we continue to help families facing ongoing struggles. However, we do maintain a lifetime cap of $7,500 to allow as many families as possible to benefit from our assistance. Together, we are building a network of care for those in the restaurant industry, focusing on compassion and support.
