Our funds can cover various travel-related expenses such as airfare or train tickets, ground transportation costs, lodging, meals, and necessary co-pays for doctor visits or medical tests that insurance may not fully cover. Plus, we encourage patient support by allowing grantees to travel with one companion, ensuring they have the emotional and logistical support they need during their journey.
