This free, comprehensive program spans 12 months and is designed to empower participants through education and resources in both English and Spanish. Each month, enrollees receive six e-booklets focusing on essential diabetes management topics, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information. Additionally, participants gain access to a Healthy Living newsletter. Those who provide their phone number are invited to join the monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can directly interact with ADA professionals, learn about the connections between diabetes and heart health, and participate in exciting giveaways, all aimed at enhancing their journey toward thriving with diabetes.
