Located in Eielson Afb, AK, Cancer Transitions is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who have completed treatment, especially those within the last 24 months. Our evidence-based program offers a comprehensive approach to survivorship, focusing on key areas such as nutritional support, tailored exercise programs, emotional health education, and medical management guidance. We believe that every survivor, regardless of when their treatment ended, deserves access to resources that empower them to lead healthy, fulfilling lives after cancer.
