At Food Boxes in Fairbanks, AK, we are dedicated to ensuring that our community members have access to essential food assistance. In collaboration with the Fairbanks Community Food Bank, Christ Lutheran Church provides nutritious food through a supportive program designed to meet the basic dietary needs of families and individuals in need. Our caring volunteers work tirelessly to process food requests by phone, ensuring that each household receives a customized box containing three days' worth of meals. Once the boxes arrive at Christ Lutheran, they are promptly unloaded, sorted, and distributed to those who come seeking emergency food support. We are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors, fostering a spirit of compassion and community resilience.
