Alaska WIC is committed to promoting healthy food habits for low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to five years old, in Fort Wainwright, AK. Through our Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program, we provide essential services including nutrition education, access to nutritious foods, breastfeeding education and support, and referrals to additional services. Our mission is to ensure that families in need receive the vital resources they require to thrive, fostering a community where healthy choices are accessible and families are supported.
