In Kwethluk, Alaska, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to empowering families of children with special health care needs by providing essential financial support for a variety of critical and everyday expenses. Our program assists with medical costs like prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical expenses including home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and everyday necessities. We also cover healthcare-related travel costs, such as transportation to medical facilities and lodging for families in need. Recognizing the diverse needs of our community, we review additional requests on a case-by-case basis. Each family may receive grants of up to $500 per year, with requests prioritized as they come in.
