The Elders Program, located in New Stuyahok, AK, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in our community by providing essential support and services tailored to their needs. Our comprehensive offerings include caregiver training, case management, and access to durable medical equipment, ensuring that seniors receive the care they deserve. We also provide Consumer Directed Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Services, respite services, and fall/injury prevention education to promote safety. Additionally, we assist with Medicare and Medicaid, facilitate the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), and offer monthly elder food boxes to address food security.
