Located in New Stuyahok, AK, Cancer Transitions is dedicated to empowering cancer survivors who have recently finished their treatment. While our primary focus is on those who have completed their treatment within the last 24 months, we welcome participants at any stage of their survivorship. Our evidence-based program offers vital support in areas such as nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management resources. We strive to create a nurturing environment where survivors can find the resources and community they need to thrive and reclaim their lives after cancer.
