Each package includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, along with access to psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling via phone by licensed professionals. We invite physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of those in need, as we process requests in the order they are received, with grants dependent on available funding.
