KidneyCare:365, located in Sand Point, AK, is dedicated to empowering individuals with essential knowledge about kidney health and kidney disease. Our program offers valuable education for those recently diagnosed, caregivers, and anyone preparing for dialysis. Participants will gain insights into the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), learn how to eat well with kidney disease, and discover coping strategies along with treatment options, including home dialysis. We provide a variety of accessible formats for our classes—available online, via video conference, by phone, or in person—ensuring that everyone can receive the support and resources they need to manage their kidney health effectively.
