MOVE! Weight Management Program in Savoonga, AK, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually assess every Veteran in VA facilities for obesity and connect them with appropriate weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of care options, including supportive group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support.
