Operation Family Fund is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to eligible service members and their families in Yakutat, AK. Through our grant program, we help address a variety of basic needs, including medical care and home purchases, ensuring that those who have served our country receive the support they deserve. Our process requires verification of service-connected disability ratings by a case manager, social worker, or doctor, and families may apply for up to two grants with a minimum of six months between applications. We are committed to this mission, but currently face challenges due to a significant increase in requests and limited funding as a result of fewer donations. We aim to continue our vital services, and we appreciate the community's understanding as we navigate this ongoing need for financial support.
