Each patient can receive up to $800 per year to help cover critical travel expenses such as airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and meals. Additionally, funds can be used for co-pays related to doctor visits and necessary medical tests that insurance may not fully cover. Understanding the challenges faced by PNH patients, this program also allows grantees to travel with a companion, ensuring that individuals can receive the care they need while feeling supported throughout their journey.
