MOVE! Weight Management Program in Brewton, AL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity while offering tailored solutions to meet individual needs and preferences. Participants can engage in a variety of weight management services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which utilizes in-home messaging and clinician contact for personalized support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite participating in MOVE!.
