Located in Fayette, AL, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing essential financial aid for a variety of critical expenses. Our program offers financial assistance for medical costs such as prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical necessities including home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily living expenses like food and utilities. We understand the challenges families face when accessing healthcare, and therefore, we also cover healthcare utilization costs including travel, lodging, and parking fees related to medical visits. Our goal is to alleviate some of the financial burdens families encounter, with grants available up to $500 per family each year.
