MOVE! Weight Management Program in Foley, AL is a compassionate initiative dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans struggling with obesity. Our mission centers on systematically screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for weight-related issues and providing tailored referrals to comprehensive weight management services. We offer a variety of support options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home care, and the MOVE!
