Located in Fort Payne, AL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. We focus on delivering critical resources including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to low-income individuals in need.
