Located in Gadsden, AL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to empower Veterans by screening for obesity at VA facilities and providing tailored referrals to various weight management resources. Participants can access a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
