MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Gulf Shores, AL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Coach app provides a flexible way to track progress independently. Additionally, we assist Veterans who may require weight loss medications or bariatric surgery after engaging with our program.
