Based in Hartselle, AL, the Patient Enrichment Program, part of NASCF, is dedicated to providing essential financial assistance to individuals affected by sickle cell disease. We understand the urgent challenges our clients face and offer support for critical needs such as utilities, transportation, prescriptions, food, and housing. To access our services, individuals must complete an intake interview, which helps us understand their unique situation and determine the appropriate assistance. Each request is carefully reviewed and approved by our Executive Director, ensuring compassionate and appropriate support for those in need.
