Based in Killen, AL, the Patient Enrichment Program, part of NASCF, is dedicated to supporting individuals living with sickle cell disease by providing essential emergency financial assistance. Our program addresses critical needs such as utilities, transportation, prescriptions, food, and housing, ensuring that those in our community can access the resources they require during difficult times. To receive support, clients simply complete an intake interview form, which is then carefully reviewed by our Executive Director to determine eligibility. We are here to empower and uplift our clients, ensuring they have the necessary support to manage their health and well-being.
