Nutrition Services, a proud program of the Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments (TARCOG), is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of seniors across Madison and surrounding counties, including De Kalb, Jackson, Limestone, and Marshall. Our mission is to ensure that older adults have access to hot, nutritious meals that meet at least one-third of their daily dietary needs. We offer both home-delivered meals and community dining options, fostering not only sustenance but also connection among participants.
