Located in Montgomery, AL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. This program is committed to annual screenings for obesity and offers personalized referrals to a range of weight management services tailored to meet the individual needs of Veterans. Participants can choose from diverse options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after attempting other MOVE! resources.
