Basic Needs Assistance is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in Oxford, AL and throughout Calhoun County by providing essential resources to meet their basic needs. Our services include emergency food assistance designed to ensure proper nutrition, along with clothing, home goods, school supplies, and special support during the Christmas season. To access our food pantry and receive food assistance, individuals must first obtain a referral from the Family Services Center (FSC). After completing an intake and assessment, FSC will collaborate with us to help coordinate the necessary support.
