This evidence-based initiative caters primarily to those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, while also being beneficial to all survivors at any stage of their journey. Participants receive personalized nutritional guidance, tailored exercise plans, and comprehensive emotional health education, alongside critical medical management support.
