Our Family Support team offers essential resources that include accurate information and personalized guidance at the critical moment of diagnosis. We provide a variety of services such as parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support, ensuring that families have the tools they need to thrive. Additionally, we assist with navigating the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
