MOVE! Weight Management Program in Wilmer, AL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they have access to tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of options to suit individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our convenient TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may continue to face challenges despite trying MOVE!
