The Mobile Food Trolley, operated by Community Action Partnership of Orange County (CAPOC), is dedicated to serving low-income families across Anaheim and the wider Orange County area with essential food assistance. Our innovative approach aims to eliminate the stigma associated with visiting a food pantry by bringing nutritious and healthy meals directly to communities in need, especially in food deserts.
