Located in Antioch, CA, MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, and we connect them to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs. We offer a diverse range of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, allowing for in-home support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and for Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
